3) Do you support or oppose the SD State Lottery spending money on advertising the Lottery?
R Senate John E Teupel – Not sure on this one. I certainly don’t support spending money on advertising the lottery but can’t really say I’m opposed to it either

Support R Senate Timothy R Johns – I support. Once a person serves their sentence and are released, we want them to be economically self-sufficient. Restrictions can be counter productive.

Support R Senate Timothy R Johns – I support legislation prohibiting elective genital surgery as such decisions should only be made by the child once they reach the age of majority.

Support R Senate John E Teupel – Protecting freedom of speech is essential to protecting our religious liberties.
Support R Senate Timothy R Johns – I support free speech even if highly offensive. If one’s speech is defamatory the law provides a recourse.
