What are your top 2 priorities if elected? What is the proper role of Government?

Why are you the best candidate for the job?

I am the best candidate for the job because I was born in Rapid City and was raised in North Rapid City. I can relate to so many of the challenges my constituents must deal with every day! I am a small business owner and have experience in the hospitality industry, which have provided unique experiences in listening, budgeting, and helping. I know how to listen to my constituents, and assist them in finding solutions to their challenges.

I am not sure what my opponents platform is; however, I bring a common sense and fiscally conservative voice to our council. We cannot continue to tax our citizens to grow government since government is not the solution every single challenge within our community.
